Do you really mean to suggest that Qatar alone bears this burden? Maybe include just a hint of the corrupt, morally bankrupt FIFA fat cats, the advertisers and commercial sponsors, the media broadcasting this travesty, the "fans" paying to travel to Qatar to participate in the spectacle.
